Raymond B Joseph was born in Jacksonville, Florida. He graduated from the University of Florida in 1978 with a BSBA in Finance and in 1981 with a degree of Juris Doctor. During law school at UF, Raymond was a member of the Moot Court Team as well as the Phi Delta legal fraternity.
He was admitted to the Florida Bar and the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida in 1982. He is a member of the Florida Bar Association and has been a member of The Jacksonville Bar and Commerical Law League. In 1988 he established Raymond B. Joseph, PA, and in 1993 was a founding partner in Joseph & Marees, PA. Raymond now practices as Raymond B. Joseph, PA, a/k/a as JosephLaw .” Raymond has litigated hundreds of commercial cases in his career and has provided counsel and advice to hundreds of corporations and their principals across the globe, on topics including corporate law, commercial litigation, bankruptcy, and creditor’s rights. He is a frequent speaker in the area of Creditor’s Rights and Business Law, speaking to both lawyers and business professionals.
